Appointments are available day time or evening.
 

Before your first treatment a full consultation will be carried out where you will be asked about your general health and any problems that you want to address. This is provided free of charge and will take ten to fifteen minutes in addition to your treatment time. All information is held in strictest confidence.
 

If you are having an aromatherapy massage, a prescriptive selection of organic essential oils will be blended to suit your needs. If you are having a body massage an organic base oil will be selected to suit your skin type.
 

It will be necessary to undress to an appropriate degree, however, modesty is maintained at all times with the use of towels. Your massage will be carried out on a specially designed couch or may be adapted to a seated massage if you have limited mobility.

If you are having a reflexology treatment you will only need to remove footwear. Your feet will be freshened and massaged prior to your reflexology treatment using organic talc or cream.

It is recommended that you do not eat or drink immediately before treatments.

Appointments are available daytime or evening at Bakewell Therapy Rooms, Buxton Road, Bakewell. Home visits may be possible if you are housebound.
